In-House Development, Not Assembly
Our ultrasonic technology is self-developed — generators, transducers and horns are designed and produced in-house. That means we accept customized machines with different frequencies and powers and, more importantly, we take responsibility for the complete vibration system instead of pointing at a supplier when something resonates wrong.
- Custom tooling service. Horns and fixtures machined to your part drawing, with the vibration design calculated before cutting metal.
- Free trial welding. Send samples; we weld them, measure the results and hand you the parameter recipe with the quotation.
- OEM/ODM. Frequency, power, station layout and branding adapted to your product line — including modules for special equipment and production lines.
Quality Control
Every machine is burned in before shipping; every horn is tuned to frequency and measured for amplitude before packing. Digital models support parameter saving, QA quality diagnosis and USB data export — so the machine that passed our tests is the machine your process can audit.
