Description
The iSTW series is an ultrasonic servo torsional welder developed by DONGHO. 100% servo control, the technology of torsion is used to rotate the welded parts to complete the ring welding, supporting multiple welding modes and triggering methods. Torsion welding technology requires only a small amount of high heat energy to be twisted and gently directed into the weld area to achieve the best welding results and to protect the sensitive part surface well, even in tight spaces , ensure good accessibility without film effect.
Unique Advantages:
The sixth generation iQS operating system, multi-level password protection and hierarchical authorization
UTC embedded stacked series of high-end processors to achieve high-speed and extreme control
CAN bus, on-site management to achieve high-speed application processing
Support MES, DPS system and self-developed DataLog to cooperate with 5G application
With S-curve acceleration and deceleration, high-speed displacement, straight line, arc, helix, Spline, tween, Blend function
Ten-stage speed and pressure control, the intelligent drive system reaches 6 sigma, and DONGHO endows it with precise and stable characteristics
