Titanium Ultrasonic Cutting Blades — 90/255/305 mm

Sinceresonics machines and stocks food-grade titanium alloy ultrasonic cutting blades in three standard sizes — 90 mm, 255 mm and 305 mm — for cake, bread, frozen food and general food portioning. All blades are machined from Ti-6Al-4V, tuned to your cutting system’s frequency, and shipped with measured amplitude data.

Why Titanium Alloy (Ti-6Al-4V)

  • Food-safe and corrosion-proof. No coating to wear off, no rust in wet or frozen environments — the surface is the material itself.
  • High fatigue strength. A cutting blade runs tens of thousands of vibration cycles per minute; titanium withstands this for years under continuous production.
  • Low damping. More vibration energy reaches the cutting edge, so cuts stay clean even on sticky or frozen products.
  • Light weight. Easier handling on handheld cutters and less load on automated arms.

Rule of thumb: blade length must exceed product depth with 20–30% margin. Deeper products need longer blades with a wider node spacing — our design team checks gain and node position for every length before machining.

Custom Blades

Non-standard lengths, special edge profiles, stepped or curved blades — machined to your drawing with the same tuning discipline as our custom ultrasonic horns. We also refurbish worn blades: re-edge, re-tune and re-certify. Send your old blade for an assessment quote.

FAQ

Will your blade fit our cutter brand?

In most cases yes — we machine mounting interfaces to match common cutter brands. Send the holder drawing or a photo.

How do I know when a blade needs service?

Cut quality drifts first — smearing on sticky products is the usual signal. A frequency check against the original tuning report confirms it.

Do you supply single blades or sets?

Both — single replacements and matched sets for multi-blade slicing heads.
